1. General provisions

These terms set out the rules for using the Chalenger app (the "App"). The App lets you create community rankings and publish results together with proof (photos or short videos). By using the App, you accept these terms.

2. Requirements and account

The App may be used by people aged at least 13; minors — with a guardian's consent.
An account is required to use the social features. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activity on your account.
Your nickname must comply with the App's rules and must not infringe rights or good morals.

3. Content rules — zero tolerance

We enforce a zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content and behavior. Content that violates the rules is removed, and offenders' accounts may be suspended or deleted.

It is forbidden to publish content that, among other things, is:

offensive, harassing, hateful, or discriminatory,
violent, illegal, dangerous, or harmful,
pornographic or sexually explicit,
infringing on the rights of others (including copyright, trademarks, and likeness),
misleading, fraudulent, spam, or unauthorized advertising.

4. Proof and fair competition

Results published in rankings should be genuine and confirmed by authentic proof. Falsifying results, manipulating proof, and other forms of cheating are prohibited. Doubtful content may be rejected during moderation.

5. Moderation, reports, and blocking

New rankings go into a moderation queue and are approved or rejected (with a reason given).
You can report any content and block another user directly in the App.
We review reports without undue delay, usually within 24 hours. We remove content that violates the terms, and we may issue warnings, suspend, or delete the accounts of offenders.

6. Content license

You retain the rights to the content you publish. You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store and display it to the extent necessary to operate the App (e.g. showing it in rankings and the feed).

7. Intellectual property

The App's name, logo, and software are protected and remain the property of the App's owner. They may not be copied or used without permission.

8. Liability

The App is provided "as is". We make every effort to keep it working correctly and securely, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We are not liable for content published by users, to the extent permitted by law.

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or delete an account that violates the terms. The effects of account deletion are described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Governing law and changes

Matters not covered here are governed by Polish law. We may update these terms — we will notify you of material changes in the App or on this page.
